Edmonds School District Levy Vote on Feb. 9

If this levy does not pass, an estimated $35 million will have to be cut!

You can help by voting, or by making calls for support.

The Edmonds School District Levy vote is Feb. 9.  This levy is not a new tax, it will be a replacement tax.  Last year, the district had to cut over $10 million dollars.

If this levy does not pass, an estimated $35 million will have to be cut. This money helps pay for services the state government requires schools to provide but does not provide the money to do it. All sports, clubs and music will be gone!

You can help by voting in favor of the levy and asking all those you know to do the same.  You can also help by call voters to remind them to vote.  Boosters will be calling on Sunday, Jan. 31 from 2:30-4:00pm. These will be voters who have expressed past support for schools. We are just reminding them to vote. High   school students are welcome!  Contact Kelley Reeves if you can help.

Supporting Programs at LHS

Many high school experiences come along once in a lifetime and lack of funds prevents some students from fully participating. It is our goal to offer those experiences to the entire student body, regardless of their financial need. The LHS Booster Club supports the programs and students at Lynnwood High School and helps them get the resources they need to consistently perform at the highest levels possible.
